I had an incredible stay at this luxurious resort. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service from the friendly staff. The rooms, especially the balconies, provide a tranquil and unique experience, feeling like you're in a tree-house high above the ground. The surrounding eucalyptus trees create a serene atmosphere, and the sounds of the jungle add to the charm. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable sitting area, a dressing area, and a dining table. The room also had free toiletries, an AM/FM alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV. It was truly a bucket-list experience that I would love to have again.

Our recent city break offered us the perfect relaxation we needed from the hustle and bustle of daily life. the location was in close proximity to nature trails, providing breathtaking views, and the rooms offered serene comfort. the cleanliness was well maintained, and the amenities were so well planned, we could unwind in style. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We specially appreciated the charming ambiance and the fantastic spa facilities.

Regrettably, we were disappointed to discover some issues regarding our recent visit. the food was a little limited, and some of the dishes were standard and uninteresting.

The individual white cottages and green lush surroundings were the best aspects of the stay. The caretaker was really polite and helpful, making my business trip much more comfortable. The breathtaking view of the beautiful hills and valleys from the cottages were perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and easily accessible.

The cleanliness was not up to par during my stay. The rooms were unclean and damp, with stains on the sheets and mould on the shower curtains.

Nestled among lush green foliage, the serene resort was a perfect escape from city life. the polite and attentive staff made the stay even more enjoyable. the luxurious rooms boasted amazing balconies with awe-inspiring views. the picturesque location and jungle sounds made one feel like staying in a tree-house.

The dining area had a slight unpleasant odor.

The staff was friendly, always smiling, and willing to go out of their way to help with a passion for their job. The hotel facilities were commendable, including the individual balconies, which offered a tree-house-like experience. Moreover, the sounds and smells of the jungle made the experience even more exotic. I would definitely book a stay here again, as this location was perfect for me to tick off my bucket list!
